Frequently Asked Questions

Q: My charge point is not working, who do I contact?

​

A: Your installer is your first point of contact, contact them and they can diagnose the issue and get the replacement parts if required.

​

Q: No Error message by charge won't start

​

A: Unplug from the unit and the car, then plug the charging cable into the unit first and then the car. Ensure cables are pushed in firmly. If this does not work ask the customer to try the cable that came with the car and plug the car into a wall outlet to see if the car charges as it could be a fault with the car and not the charge point.

Q: Storage Error

​

A: This usually occurs when the unit is offline from the internet and isn’t connected to OCPP. To fix this the cache needs to be switched off. Press the settings symbol at the top of the screen and enter your password > settings tab left hand side > basicset tab middle of the screen > operation mode. Here is a euro symbol, switch this to off. Reboot the unit
